Service description
The platform provides tools to build landing pages and QR codes to capture lead data, and to follow up with leads by email and WhatsApp, including automating replies through a chatbot.
User obligations
You are solely responsible for obtaining explicit consent from anyone before contacting them over WhatsApp or email through the platform. Using the platform to send unsolicited messages (spam) or for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
Compliance with WhatsApp policies
Using the platform's WhatsApp features is conditional on complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. Any violation may lead Meta itself to suspend the WhatsApp number linked to your account, and we are not responsible for Meta's decisions in that regard.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the service running reliably and your data safe, but we are not responsible for any outage in third-party services (such as WhatsApp or email) outside our control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
