Google: account email, Drive file metadata, analytics data
TikTok: username, profile picture, authorized video data
X/Twitter: username, profile image, tweets you authorize us to access
We never collect your passwords from any third-party platform.

LinkedIn: Remove Helpy AI from your authorized apps or email LinkedIn Data Deletion Request
Google: Remove Helpy AI access from Google Security Settings or email Google Data Deletion Request
TikTok: Remove Helpy AI from your connected apps or email TikTok Data Deletion Request
X/Twitter: Revoke access in settings or email Twitter Data Deletion Request
We confirm deletion within 7 business days.
Helpy AI is not intended for children under 13 years old.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.
If such data is found, it will be deleted immediately.
We strive to ensure our users are satisfied with their Helpy AI experience.
Digital Services: Since Helpy AI provides digital and subscription-based services, refunds are generally not available once a subscription cycle begins.
Exceptions: Refunds may be approved in specific cases, such as double payments, technical issues preventing access to the platform, or accidental renewals reported within 7 days.
Request Procedure: To request a refund, email hello@helpy.ai with your account details and payment receipt.
Exchanges: If you wish to switch to another plan, credit from the previous plan may be applied toward the new subscription at our discretion.
Each subscription plan or service purchased on Helpy AI has a clearly defined duration (e.g., monthly or annual).
Access remains active for the entire paid duration.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Any promotional or trial period ends automatically unless renewed under a paid plan.
